Concrete Machinery

Concrete is the important construction buiding materials, it is made of limestone, coal, gupsum etc. In concrete plant, what is used machiney is as follows:

concrete production lineStone crusher is the common crushing machine in quarry, it is used in crushing process of concrete production line. In concrete crushing procedure, limestone is the most raw materials. Limestone crushing includes primary crushing and secondary crushing. In these two crushing process, jaw crusher is used in primary crushing, impact crusher and cone crusher is mainly used in secondary crushing.

Ray mill is used for grinding concrete raw materials including limestone, clay, and additives. Coal mill is used to grind coal into coal powder. In this process, coal mill pulverizer that is used can be ball mill, vertical mill and trapezium mill. These grinding mill can meet the requirements about size.

Concrete mill is the main concrete machinery. It is used fro grinding clinker and gypsum, it’s capacity is usually large, so ball mill or vertical mill is used as concrete mill.

Concrete production line

Firstly in quarry, after mined, stones enter the crushing plant, through crushing of primary crusher and secondary crusher, the stones is crushed into particles that meet the requirements about the size. Then crushed stones and clay mix for preblending. These premixed raw materials enter into raw mill for grinding. The powder enter into the rotary kiln for preheating. After cooling, the concrete clinker enter into the clinker silos. The clinker and gypsum mixed together, then enter into the concrete mill, after collecting, the concrete powder enter into the concrete silos, then packaging, the concrete is finished.
