The newly installed crusher needs to run empty for more than half an hour before feeding production. The initial feeding should be controlled within 50% of the load and run for 4-8 hours, then adjusted to 75% of the load and run again for 5-7 days , So that all parts of the equipment can run in full load after running in.
The ore must be fed in the middle of the distribution plate, and it is not allowed to feed the ore directly into the crushing cavity, because this will easily overload the crusher and cause uneven wear of the liner. The correct ore supply conditions are: a. The ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing cavity through the distribution plate; b. The ore fed cannot be higher than the level of the rolling mortar wall.
In order to avoid the reduction of the output of the crusher or the damage of some parts, the feed size of the crusher must not be equal to the feed port.
When shutting down, stop the miner first, and let the ore that has entered the crushing cavity be crushed and discharged before stopping the crusher.
When the crusher is working, always check the pressure of the locking system and the working condition of the hydraulic station, and deal with the problems in time.
