In the daily use process, the crusher needs daily maintenance, and it should also be used reasonably to avoid damage to the machine.

1. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to strictly check whether the installation of various parts of the machine meets the requirements, and the loose parts appear loose; the belt is pulled and tested, whether there is a shell or the like; also pay attention to check and remove the residuals in the crusher. It is strictly forbidden to crush flammable or explosive materials to avoid accidents.
2. Due to the high speed of the equipment, in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine, it should be lubricated according to the requirements. Pay attention to the oil temperature, oil pressure, oil quantity, etc. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature is not more than 70 degrees. Pay attention to the lubricant of the replacement device.
   3, pay attention to check the wearing parts and tooth plate wear, such as serious wear and tear should be replaced in time, so as not to cause granules or damage to the main components.
3. If it is used for the first time or not used for a long time, the large pulley should be turned by hand for 2-3 weeks beforehand to confirm that the machine is running freely and the direction of rotation is correct before the equipment can be officially started.
4. The starting device reaches the normal speed, and the feeding can be started without abnormal conditions.
5. In the event of excessive noise or vibration during operation, the power failure check should be stopped quickly. After troubleshooting, the no-load restart should be performed in the order of startup. Also pay attention to the quality and yield of the product. When the quality and yield are not normal, there may be failures such as blockage or damage to the screen surface.
